Brynn Marshall (Bootcamp and HIIT Instructor)

-Brynn has always been involved in sports from when she was a little girl up through college including hockey, softball, soccer, and track and field. Working out and being physically fit has always been a part of her lifestyle. She enjoys circuit training, Crossfit/weight lifting, sprinting, and high intensity cardio, which is why she teaches Bootcamp and HIIT! In her free time, Brynn likes to be outside, cook or bake new things, and watch HGTV. On the weekends she tries to attend one yoga class, because it is important to stay limber and keep a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just starting your exercise journey, Brynn’s classes can be modified to challenge any fitness level.

Jillian McCorison (Bodies In Balance and Sculpted Bodies Instructor)

-Originally from Watertown, MN I moved to Two Harbors in August 2014 after getting married. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years; having suffered chronic knee and back pain from many years of gymnastics, I was looking for a form of exercise that was challenging yet easy on my joints.  My desire to teach came from wanting to share the many benefits, both physical and mental, that came from my yoga experiences.  I completed my Yoga Teacher Training through CorePower Yoga in Eden Prairie, MN June-August 2014.  Yoga has challenged me physically through its many different postures and poses which have increased my balance and overall strength.  Mentally it has taught me to be present during my yoga workout, to let go of distractions and negative energy making my yoga experience more beneficial.  In yoga we use a certain breathing technique that I have found equally, if not more helpful, off my yoga mat in everyday life.  Practicing yoga regularly has helped me to find focus in all areas of my life! I love guiding other yogi’s through their practice and witnessing the progress of their yoga journey.
