Melanie Mojkowski ~ Instructor of  Stretch and Tone.

Stretch and tone is an enjoyable class designed for all levels of ability. Combining weight bearing exercises, stretching and core work we develop flexibility, strength and balance. The exercises in this class can be altered to each level of fitness.

Melanie Mojkowski has been instructing this class for over 25 years!

Monthly memberships can be purchased at Bodies in Balance The Studio from Melanie. Please wear comfortable clothing and indoor tennis shoes. Classes are Monday and Wednesday from 8am to 9 am
